On given occasions, e.g. the expansion of areas of responsibility or a change within the organizational unit, it is possible to hold a one- to two-day closed meeting outside TU Dortmund University. Here, important topics can be discussed/developed in plenary sessions.

From now on, for economic reasons, closed meetings will only be held for one day on TU Dortmund University premises.
Catering for participants is not possible.

Teambuilding must reflect a recognizable cause. This can be a new team composition, a change in management or a specific challenge which the team is going to face.

The teambuilding character of the event must be given and recognizable.

For the administration and central service facilities, the registration and organization of retreats / teambuilding measures is carries out by the team of further training and continuing education. We are happy to support the scientific departments in an advisory capacity.
