Exit "Dortmund-Eichlinghofen",

At the Dortmund West motorway junction, change to the A45 in the direction of Frankfurt.

Frequences of the structured appraisal interviews

Staff appraisals are to be held annually during the second half of the year.

The meetings are first held between department heads and employees, then between department heads and department heads and finally between the chancellor and department heads.

Timeframe

This year, the interviews are to be held by 31st of December if possible.

Registration for the training courses

The training courses on conducting appraisal interviews are part of the internal training program

If you require training, please contact the team of further training and continuing education in good time via the e-mail adress weiterbildungtu-dortmundde.

We are planning a corresponding training course for the second half of 2024.
