Equal opportunities, family and diversity
The Equal Opportunities, Family and Diversity Office reinforces the culture of diversity at TU Dortmund University. It develops, implements and supports strategies, instruments and measures to improve equal opportunities and family friendliness.
The office acts as an interface between the systems - between the administration and the rectorate as well as between the administration and academia. The tasks of the staff unit are cross-sectional. This results in direct communication with many levels, with all faculties and the administration.
