Health Passport
Collect Stamps, Get Rewards, Stay Healthy!
Since 2016, the health passport of TU Dortmund University displays an overview of our health offers. Anyone who deals with the topic of health and health maintenance and participates in the variety of activities, measures and events throughout the calendar year, receives stamps in the health passport.
At the end of the year, there are sporty rewards and the chance to take part in a prize draw.
The 2025 campaign period runs from 2 January 2026 to 27 November 2026.
From a large selection of health offers, up to 16 stamps can be collected during this period. Stamps are awarded for participation in sports activities, special training events, occupational health care, advice on workplace ergonomics, first-aid courses and much more.

The prerequisite for receiving stamps is participation within the promotional period and, in the case of course events, participation in at least 75% of the course dates.
The Most Important Steps at a Glance:

Open the TU Dortmund app and click on the “Health Pass” tile. Participation in the Health Pass is exclusively digital.

Take part in the sports and health activities offered by TU Dortmund during the campaign period from January 2, 2026, to November 27, 2026.

After participating, have the fields for the health activities stamped digitally in your health pass. To do this, send an email with proof of participation to the Occupational Health Management team.

Have your digital stamps entered by November 27, 2026, at the latest, and choose a reward based on the number of stamps you have collected. This can also be done via the app.
- Enter the prize draw by having at least one stamp collected entered in your digital health passport by November 27, 2026.
