Familiarization Plan for New Employees
The orientation plan contains a recommendation for planning the work content of the first weeks respectively months. New employees should neither be over- nor underchallenged. For the individual work tasks, it is determined which person will provide support. This orientation plan should contain a content-related and temporal structure.
It is reasonable to have the work tasks follow the following didactic principles:
- From the simple to the complex
- From the general to the specific
- From the known to the unknown
