What do you need to Succeed?

A requirements analysis is related to the respective position/vacancy and clarifies which skills a person should have and also which stresses the person has to cope with.

In concrete terms, personnel planning uses the requirements analyses to record,

  1. which professional and personal competencies and skills,
  2. what professional experience,
  3. to what extent

should be available for a position/vacancy.

Among other things, this is important information for a subsequent selection process.

Generally for those individuals who know the most about the position being filled and those are:

  • the current position holder
  • the supervisor
  • and, if applicable, employees
